Before funding an AI project,
find out what is really worth automating.
A free first diagnostic of 30 minutes, for SME leaders.
We look at your processes, your tools and your priorities.
If an audit makes sense, you get a clear proposal:
scope, deliverables, timeline and price, with no commitment.
At Bureaux & Co: 500 invoices re-keyed by hand every month,
−78 % after automation.
These situations cost time, and more than you think.
The same piece of data is entered into several tools.
Errors appear as soon as a step depends on a person or an Excel file.
Requests, documents and invoices still go through manual exchanges.
You have automation ideas.
You do not know which one to tackle first.
In a single session, you know what to do and what not to do.
Each process is placed by its potential gain and its effort.
The two together give the order of work.

- The processes whose automation has real potential.
- The projects better postponed or set aside.
- The prerequisites: data, tools, security, organisation and adoption.
- The order of priority between the opportunities.
- A conservative estimate of the gains.
It rests on your data and on stated assumptions.
An actionable recommendation, not a sales pitch.
At Bureaux & Co we mapped the invoicing chain.
We found the steps that created handling, delays or errors.
The goal was not to automate everything.
It was to choose the actions that made the most sense.
Result: the 500 invoices re-keyed by hand every month fell by 78 %.
The audit is run by the people who then implement it.

A simple process, in three steps.
| Step | What happens | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Your free diagnostic30 minutes, over video | We take the time to understand your business, your tools and the tasks that cost you the most time. | A first conversation with no commitment, and a clear idea of what can be automated in your company. |
| 2. Our analysisbetween the two calls | We go back over what you described and look for the routes that genuinely hold up. | Nothing to prepare or provide on your side: the work is ours. |
| 3. Your readout session, free as wellover video | We present our conclusions and the order we would tackle things in, and we explain why. | Reasoned priorities, whether you continue with us or not. |
Only after that session do you decide whether to go further.
The diagnostic is free. The rest, only if it makes sense.
The first diagnostic of 30 minutes costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
It serves to decide whether an audit is relevant for your company.
And to tell you plainly when it is not.
If the audit is justified, you receive a written proposal before any decision:
scope, deliverables, timeline and price.
The scope depends on the number of processes and the tools to examine.
It also depends on how available your data is.
That is why there is no single price.
No development, subscription or follow-up support is imposed.
You remain free to continue with NeuraCloud, with your own team or with another provider.

Frequently asked questions
It is the analysis of one or more of your business processes. It establishes what can be automated, and what genuinely deserves to be. It also sizes the realistic gains and says where to start. It runs over 2 to 4 weeks. It ends with a prioritised summary document, presented over video. No build work is included: it is there to help you decide.
The free diagnostic (30 minutes) exists to understand your problem. From it we see whether a deeper audit makes sense. It is not the audit itself.
On a custom quote, drawn up right after the free diagnostic. The amount depends on three things. The number of processes analysed, and the number of tools to examine. And how available your data is. As a market reference, an audit for a small company usually runs €1,500 to €5,000. That range covers a scope of 2 or 3 processes. The quote covers the analysis, the priorities, the action plan and the readout. Any build work is quoted separately.
Count 2 to 4 weeks between the start and the readout. That is the timeline for a scope of 2 or 3 processes. The first diagnostic lasts 30 minutes. Gathering information goes at your own pace, with no long questionnaires. In practice it takes 2 to 3 hours of your time across the whole assignment.
Below 5 employees, and with no documented processes, a formal audit is premature. Better to start with 2 or 3 simple tools. From around ten people, that changes. It also changes once invoicing, quotes or client follow-up become repetitive. An audit focused on 2 or 3 processes then pays for itself. The free diagnostic is there to settle that question.
Yes, and they depend on where your company is registered. In France, Bpifrance covers 40 % of an eight-day expert assignment through Diag Data IA. It targets companies of 10 to 2,000 employees with more than €1M in revenue. In Spain, Kit Consulting (Red.es) has an artificial intelligence category. It is granted as a digital advisory voucher, worth €12,000 to €24,000. Our audit is a shorter format, and it complements those schemes. We tell you during the diagnostic which route fits you best.
Read-only access can help the analysis. But it is never required. Most audits are run from exports and interviews. No data is modified, and no write access is asked for. Exchanges are covered by a confidentiality agreement on request. Everything is handled in line with the GDPR. Any temporary access is revoked when the assignment ends.
No. The deliverable is yours: use it with NeuraCloud, with your own team, or with another provider.
We tell you so. We do not recommend automating a process when the gain, the feasibility or the risk does not justify it.

Which processes should be automated first?
Let’s talk about your tools and your priority processes.
Together we work out where automation will have the most impact.
30 minutes of conversation, then an analysis on our side.
Finally a readout over video: what deserves automating, and what can wait.
Both meetings are free.
