Invoices were retyped by hand from one tool to the next, **500 times a month**. Every retype could introduce an error. The admin team spent its days **checking instead of processing**. ### What we did First we followed one invoice **from start to finish**, to see where it changed hands. Then we replaced the scattered tools with **a single system**, hosted in the cloud. Between appointments to fit in, files to build and the same questions **twenty times a day**. There was no room left for anything else. Patients **waited at the desk** while the person facing them took a call. ### What we did The patient journey **went digital**, from booking through to admission. All of it on **the Google tools the centre already used**. An AI agent answers the questions that came back most often.
