Privacy Policy

The company NEURACLOUD CONSULTING S.L. attaches great importance to protecting your privacy and your business data.

This policy sets out, openly, how data is processed through our website and our services, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679), the Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and the LSSI-CE.

2. Data collected and why

In the course of our B2B consulting and automation work, we collect the following data:

A. Data you provide yourself (HubSpot forms / contracts):
First name, last name, business email, phone number, company name, job title.

  • Purpose: Managing the business relationship, quotes, performing the contract, technical support.
  • Legal basis: Performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).

B. Technical data (browsing):
IP address, browser type, time on site, email interactions.

  • Purpose: Site security, audience analysis, improving the experience.
  • Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR) or consent (cookies).

3. Recipients and processors (AI & cloud)

Your data is confidential and is never sold. To deliver our services we share it only with carefully selected providers:

  • HubSpot Inc. (USA): CRM and client management. (Data Privacy Framework certified.)
  • OVH / Google Cloud (EU): Hosting and infrastructure.
  • OpenAI / Anthropic (Claude) / Make (USA/EU): Automation and AI tools. Data passes through these APIs only where it is necessary to deliver the service ordered.
  • n8n: orchestrating automations between the client's tools.
  • Eleven Labs (USA/EU): speech synthesis for the AI voice agents.
  • Pennylane (France): accounting and finance automation.
  • Clearnox (France): document management.
  • Professional partners: Accounting firm (Spain) for tax obligations.
  • Other third-party software: depending on the engagement, NeuraCloud may connect to or process data through other software the client already uses (CRM, invoicing, email and so on), strictly limited to what is necessary to deliver the service ordered and under the contractual responsibility agreed with each client.

4. International transfers

Some providers (HubSpot and OpenAI, for instance) are based in the United States. NeuraCloud ensures such transfers are protected under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

5. How long data is kept

  • Prospects: 3 years after the last active contact.
  • Clients: Duration of the contract plus 5 years (Spanish legal and tax obligation).
  • Technical logs: 12 months at most.

6. Your rights

Under the GDPR and the LOPDGDD, you have the following rights:

  • Access, rectification, portability and erasure (the “right to be forgotten”).
  • Restriction of processing and objection (including to marketing).

You have the right to lodge a complaint with theAEPD (Spain) or the CNIL (France).

7. Security and cookies

Security: We use HTTPS/TLS, database encryption and two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your information.
